There's a fair amount of stuff on that site that I think you'd like, they're Argentines and autonomists in the Italian sense. Anyway, that's the only chunk of the book in Spanish that I can find online. You can probably get it on interlibrary loan. It was published in 2001 by Ediciones Akal, the ISBN is 8446012375.
